Refund & Return Policy

Since all orders are personalized, they cannot be modified or canceled once placed. If you have any questions or errors regarding your order, please contact us directly at Support@dataxyzhk.shop.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Since our artists begin creating your design immediately after you place your order, full refunds are not available, even if the order is not yet complete. If you require a refund, we can offer a partial refund; since the artwork is already completed, we will deduct $25 per design from the full refund. Please note that additional "priority" refunds are non-refundable.

If your order is already completed, no refunds of any kind are available.

If your order includes a digital product and it has been emailed to you, no refunds are available for that product.

If for any reason you would like us to recreate your design based on a different photo, we will recreate it from scratch and charge a fee of $12 per new photo.

Damaged Products

We will replace any product we receive that is damaged. Simply send us a photo of the damaged part to qualify for a replacement.

Please note that our refund policy is valid for 30 days. If your product is older than 30 days, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, even if it's damaged.

Haven't received any emails from us since your purchase?

Please ensure your order email address is valid and correct, as we need to approve your design before production can begin.

If you haven't received any emails within 7 business days of your purchase, please contact us and check your spam folder. If you haven't received a response within 48 business hours, your email may have bounced, so please contact us using a different email address so we can send you a digital proof.

Additional Information

We cannot guarantee delivery dates and assume no responsibility for products delivered after the estimated delivery date, other than notifying you of any known delays. The delivery times listed on our website are average estimates only; some deliveries may take longer or faster.

We offer online proofreading and unlimited revisions before shipping.
