The following terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as this "Agreement") govern all use of the dataxyzhk.shop website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and the services offered on this Website (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Dataxyzhk LLC, a company incorporated under the laws of the United States (hereinafter referred to as "Dataxyzhk"). Dataxyzhk prints custom single-line art posters (hereinafter referred to as "Products") directly to customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers"). The provision of the Service is conditioned upon your (hereinafter referred to as "User") acceptance of all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and all other operating rules, policies, and procedures that Just Lyne may publish from time to time on the Website, without modification. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please do not use the Website.
1. Customer
1.1 Customer certifies to Dataxyzhk that, if Customer is an individual (i.e., not a company), Customer is at least 18 years of age. Customer also certifies that it is lawful to use the Service and assumes full responsibility for its selection and use of the Service. This Agreement is void in jurisdictions where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Service is revoked in such jurisdictions.
2 Modifications
2.1 Dataxyzhk reserves the right to modify this Agreement, fees, charges, and terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Users are responsible for reviewing and familiarizing themselves with any such modifications. Use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
3 Responsibilities of Website Customers and Visitors
3.1 Violation of any term of this Agreement or other rules will result in the user being prohibited from using the Website.
3.2 Without limiting other remedies, if we believe a user is causing problems, may incur legal liability, or is acting in violation of the letter or spirit of our policies, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate our service, prohibit access to our Website, delay or remove hosted content, and take technical and legal measures to block access to the Website. We also reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed accounts or accounts that have been inactive for extended periods of time.
4 Payments and Fees
4.1 Dataxyzhk may store a member's credit or debit card information and use it for all future shipments and charges. Such charges will be automatically charged to the stored card unless the member notifies Just Lyne via the Website. When you order products, you will pay the then-current fees, which we may change from time to time (for example, when we have a holiday promotion or offer you a discount on the base product price). We may choose to temporarily change the fees for our products.
4.2 By placing an order through the Website, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the payment method you choose; if paying by card, you are the cardholder or have the cardholder's express authorization to use that card.
4.3 We may refuse to process a transaction or provide service to anyone at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion. We are not responsible and will not be liable to you or any third party for the rejection or suspension of any transaction after it has begun processing.
4.4 Unless otherwise stated, all fees and payments are quoted in U.S. dollars. Users are responsible for all fees, payments, and applicable taxes associated with the Website and the products. Upon receipt of your order, you will receive an email from us confirming the details, description, and price of the ordered products, as well as information regarding your return rights.
4.5 You must pay the total price and shipping charges in full before shipment.
5. Shipping, Returns, and Rights of Refund
5.1 Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. If you would like to change certain parameters, customer address, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. We are not obligated to make such changes to your order, but we will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis. For claims of damaged or non-received products, product replacements and crediting of member accounts are subject to Dataxyzhk's investigation and discretion.
5.2 If your order has not yet been printed but we have already begun processing it, a full refund will not be available, as a $35 per design charge will apply (digital pricing only). Please note that the additional "first buy" fee is non-refundable.
5.3 If your order has already been printed, no refund will be issued.
5.4 If your order includes a digital product and it has been emailed to you, no refund will be issued for that product.
5.5 Dataxyzhk will review any requests for product replacement or refunds within 14 days of order placement. If the product is damaged or contains a printing error, Dataxyzhk will replace the incorrect product with a new one. The product will be the same as when purchased and cannot be modified by the customer.If you have any questions, please contact Support@dataxyzhk.shop. Refund requests will be processed within 5 business days. For the sake of clarity, Just Lyne is not responsible for situations where customers provide incorrect information (such as an incorrect customer name or address). In such cases, additional fees will apply.
5.6 Due to the personalized nature of our products, there are no returns after the order has been placed.
6 Product Description
6.1 While many components of our products are standard, all products available for purchase are described on the specific design pages on our website. We always strive to represent each product's design as accurately as possible.
6.2 We adhere to a policy of continuous product development to provide you with products that we believe combine the best design and performance. Therefore, we reserve the right to modify product specifications, prices, and packaging without prior notice. Therefore, we recommend that you carefully review product descriptions and designs before ordering.
6.3 While we do our best to provide you with the best possible images and descriptions, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that the colors and details in the images on our website are 100% accurate representations of the products.
7 Product Purchases
7.1 Your order represents an offer from you to purchase products from us, and our acceptance of that offer will be deemed to occur upon our sending you an order confirmation email. Any products in the same order that are not confirmed by us in the order confirmation email will not form part of the contract.
7.2 Dataxyzhk will not be liable under any circumstances for any special losses, indirect or consequential losses, or wasted expenses caused by the particular circumstances of users and/or customers.
7.3 Orders are placed and received solely through this website. Before ordering products from us, customers are responsible for checking that they are fully able to receive the products. A correct customer address and postal code, as well as an up-to-date customer phone number and email address, are essential to ensure successful product delivery.
7.4 All information on the checkout page must be completed accurately. Dataxyzhk is not responsible for misdeliveries caused by incorrect delivery addresses or inappropriate phone numbers. If you wish to change your delivery address, phone number, or have any other special requests, please contact Dataxyzhk.
8 Shipping
8.1 Dataxyzhk ships to users/customers in the United States, Canada, and Australia. Customers are responsible for their own delivery costs. Delivery charges are in addition to the product price and may vary depending on the delivery location and/or product type. For remote or difficult-to-reach areas requiring special attention, additional charges may be added to your order. Standard delivery charges will be displayed on our checkout page; however, we reserve the right to notify you of any additional delivery charges applicable to your specific delivery address.
8.2 Dataxyzhk cannot guarantee delivery dates and assumes no responsibility for products delivered after the estimated delivery date, other than notifying you of any known delays. Standard delivery times are displayed on the Website. These are average estimates only; some deliveries may take longer or faster. All delivery estimates provided at the time of order placement and order confirmation are subject to change. Regardless, we will endeavor to contact you and inform you of any changes. We strive to streamline the delivery of products.
Title of the product will only pass to the customer once we have received full payment of all amounts due for the product, including shipping costs.
9. Disclaimer
9.1 You release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in connection with such disputes. You agree that Just Lyne cannot control and does not guarantee the delivery of the advertised collaboration, and that Just Lyne is not liable for any and all damages resulting from failure to achieve any benefits of the anticipated collaboration.
10. Personal Data and Cookies
10.1 By agreeing to this Agreement, customers consent to the use of cookies on this website. Furthermore, customers agree that Dataxyzhk will store and use their relevant personal data to facilitate product delivery.
10.2 We use real customer products in our advertising to accurately depict actual appearance. This is crucial for our store, as most customers hesitate to purchase without a photo to compare with the product. Therefore, we store, share, and promote customer designs and photos. However, if a customer requests us not to delete these photos when placing an order, we will delete them after shipment.Orders. No other personal information will ever be displayed in ads.

12 Law and Jurisdiction.
12.1 If a dispute arises between you and Dataxyzhk, we strongly encourage you to first contact us directly to seek a resolution. We will consider reasonable requests to resolve disputes through alternative dispute resolution procedures, such as mediation or arbitration, as an alternative to litigation. 12.2 Contracts for the purchase of products through our website and any disputes or claims arising therefrom or in connection therewith (including non-contractual disputes or claims) must be resolved exclusively by courts located in the United States.
12.3 Any disputes or claims arising therefrom or in connection therewith (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
13 General Provisions
13.1 This Agreement does not intend to or create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, franchisor-franchisee, or similar relationship.
13.2 You confirm that you have obtained all necessary consents to provide us with your customers' personal data in order to perform this Agreement.
13.3 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue to be enforceable. We may assign this Agreement at our sole discretion upon notice to you. Headings are for reference only and do not limit the scope or extent of any provision. Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches. We do not guarantee that we will act with respect to all breaches of this Agreement.
